Are you taking into account that Doon has nightvision? He should be able to see 60' in the dark

Yes, but it's not like you see things clear as high noon. There is a person in the far corner. No features can be descerned because the fact that you are still barely tall enough to peek in and the person is huddled in the corner. I can't make things ultra easy for you can I?  |

oh, and when you say that I hear the moaning. Do I "hear' the moaning or is there an echo as the moaning seems to come from the prisoner?

Listening at the other doors reveals one other cell def. has an occupant. Some one is pacing. The rest of the cells are quiet.

Doon is using 84 I.S.P. for a 14d6 mind bolt attack with +4 to strike.
He is also adding another 10 I.S.P. to raise that to a +8 to strike.
So for a total of 94 I.S.P. Doon is using a 14d6 attack with a +8 to strike.
Do we need to roll initiative or has my thinly disguised tale bought me the element of surprise?
