These bonuses for each sub-race are in addition to the ones mentioned in Palladium Fantasy 2nd Edition for the overall racial bonuses. *Note that because Halflings are new I have listed abilities shared by all Halflings as well as the sub-race abilities.
Humans of all types: None
Dwarves: Mountain Dwarf; Night vision of 120' (instead of 90')
Gulley Dwarf; +3% to ALL Rogue/thief skills taken
Barbarian Dwarf; Insanity: Mindless Agression semi-functional
Elves: High Elf; Speak 1 additional Language
Wood Elf; Natural Excellent Ballance 90%
Dark Elf; Night Vision 120'
Sea Elf; +3% ALL Naval skills (found in Adv. of High Seas 2nd Ed.)
Gnomes:
Prarie Gnome; +3% to ALL domestic skills
Wood Gnome; Natural Camouflage architecture +10%, Prowl +10%
Mountain Gnome; Night Vision 120'
Halflings:
Natural abilities for ALL Halflings; NightVision of 60' Natural Magic resistance: +1 save to any magic type Natural Ability to move silently, equal to Prowl skill at +10%
Hobbits; +3% to ALL Domestic skills OR Cooking at +20%
Tall Fellows; +6" to height (max 4'4") Able to take Horsemanship General if over 3'-10" tall. 1 Extra Communications or Wilderness skill
Wild Halflings; Night Vision 120'
