I will be posting my various Assassin guilds to join for anyone who takes an Assassin here. All are Major and world wide but have special requirements for joining.
Cains Cutthroats: "Anything it takes."
Membership Races: Human 30%, Orc 30%, Other 40%, no additional requirements
LEADER: Cain the Betrayer, human. No Mark is to small. No means are unacceptable. Cain and his cutthroats are vicious killers with few or no values to live by. The only thing that matters is the job. Their rates are low and cater to the poor and middle classes.
RIVALS: None per say, but most of the other guilds have no respect for Cains Cutthroats seeing them as unprofessional.
Drow: "Death is the only certainty in life."
Membership Races: Elves only, no additional requirements
LEADER: The Dark One, A Diabolical dark Elf so embittered by life he runs his guild with an iron fist. Failure to hit a mark is unacceptable. The Drow will take any job no matter the situation. Average rates.
RIVALS: Mason's Judiciary Champions and the Drow have fought many battles over territory.
Hack and Slash Assassination Corporation: "Do it with style."
Membership Races: Human 40%, Elf 30%, Gnome 20%, Other 10%, MUST have an MA of 10 or higher.
LEADER: Sir Din'ax Deathwind, Human. Most of the Corporations members are of noble blood or originated from the higher classes of society. They cater to the rich and charge higher than normal rates.
RIVALS: The Guild has been moving in on what the Corporation considers their territory (the rich). Din'ax has ordered a take over.
The Kell-K'un: "Death is the sweetest kiss."
Membership Races: Elf 50%, Human 30%, Other 20% MUST have Psionics, Aberrant alignment only
LEADER: Meylon Meysoki, Elf female. Meylon was newly appointed as the leader of this honorable clan. This small but effective clan of assassins only take marks that have proven to be evil or unkind in some way. No innocents are ever to be taken as marks. Prices are average.
RIVALS: The Ogeltarth Assassin Guild overran the Kell-K'un head quarters in the Eastern Territory almost a decade ago. While the Kell-K'un retaliated in kind the Kell-K'un are rebuilding and it is uncertain if they still have enough members to remain a major guild.
Mason's Judiciary Champions: "Die like a Dwarf!"
Membership Races: Dwarfs only, no additional requirements
LEADER: The Champions are lead by the Council of twelve. The head of the council is Mason Twin Beard an elderly, miscreant dwarf of great skill and influence within the dwarven society. They will take any job worthy of a dwarf although that is sometimes hard for non-dwarves to figure out. Prices are average.
RIVALS: The Champion's have a life long feud with the Drow that has killed many members on both sides.
Ogeltarth Assassin Guild: "Overwhelm and destroy!"
Membership Races: Ogres 60%, Orcs 20%, Trolls 10%, Wolfen 8%, Other 2%, no additional requirements
LEADER: Skarr is a huge miscreant Ogre of great skill. This guild prefers to work for the 'monster' races but will take just about any job. They are not subtle in their tactics and often just walk up to a mark and kill him along with any defenders they may have. They often work in small groups or teams to make sure of success.
RIVALS: Too many jobs have been lost to the Kell-K'un and they must be exterminated. Skarr has placed bounties on all the remaining Kell-K'un's heads.
Night Prowlers: "Strike hard. Strike fast. Strike first."
Membership Races: Human 60%, Elf 35%, Other 5%, no additional requirements
LEADER: Night Stalker, Halfling. This Abberant Halfling runs his guild with efficiency. His school of thought is to hit a mark with such speed, accuracy and ruthlessness as to overwhelm the marks defenses. The night stalkers only take marks that can be readily reached. Long drawn out plans are frowned upon. Rates are average.
RIVALS: None per say. Though they clash with just about all the guilds at one time or another.
The Guild: "When things just can't be reconciled."
Membership Races: Human 30%, Dwarf 25%, Halfling 20%, Gnome 20%, Other 5%, no additional requirements
LEADER: Unknown. This secretive guild is fairly new on the global scene. Not much is known by the other major guilds except that they tend to cater to the middle and upper classes of society and have been taking more and more jobs from the rich as well.
RIVALS: The Guild has been moving in on the Corporation and a major confrontation seems inevitable.
Cains Cutthroats: "Anything it takes."
