Story:
he is from a typical wood elf clan, where it is customary for a young man from this clan to journey on his own for him to learn "the earth's wisdom" he has learned the lessons to be taught from the elders, and he now must learn the lessons only experience can bring. He is an inherently honest, and a good person, but is not against bending words to achieve a task, or "tilting" things in his favor. he is excellent at reading people and sizing them up at first glance. it is something he has always been able to do. he is excellent with with animals, and prefers their company to most people because they lack the "human (oid)" traits such as greed, vengance, taking more than they could possibly use or need, the desire to lie or cheat, etc. he also does not care for people that exhibit those traits. He finds it difficult to trust anyone outside of his clan, and has yet to meet anyone he is willing to trust completely.
he is not into material possesions, however he does prize a good piece of equiptment or animal.
he is very charismatic and likeable without trying, which is interesting because he tends to be quiet most of the time, and an excellent listener. he speaks in very wise and well thought out sentances
he is a "fire sign" and can often find answers if he "listens" correctly, but has yet to fully understand how it works, all he has noticed is that often there is some sort of "fire" such as a shooting star when he is thinking the correct answer or thought.
his animal totems are raptors, most specifically the red tailed hawk; the animal of paths or journey in his clan. it is believed it can lead you to your answer or the correct path and his other totem is the mountain lion; (details to follow) he recognizes the animals and the roles they play, and understands the totem much more than he does the fire.
He is a bit of an "inventor" when it comes to his bows and arrows. His name was given to him by the elven "witch" in a dream she had for reasons unknown to anyone but the witch. He left that name behind when he left to start his journey, and only people from his home know that name, and since he left he has been reffered to only as "Talon", his chosen name.

The Psychic has the combination ability of empathy and telepathy allowing him to commune with animals (mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians-not insects or fish) upto 200 feet away in essence making the creature(s) accept the spionic as one of their own, It also enables the psychic to send and receive emotions and rudimentary thought "images" from animals. The affected animals will not harm the psionic and will usually (80%) obay simple commands like run/flee, defend self/attack, come, go, stay, etc. The Character can commune with one animal and for two minutes per level of experience. ex: a 5th level character could commune with 5 animals for 10 minutes for only 6 ISP.
Sixth Sense: 2 isp, Range 90', Duration: until danger happens or passes. Gives Mystic a precog flash of imminent danger to himself or somebody within range. The character will have no details other then something life threatening will occure within 60 seconds. (4 melees). Power is triggered automaticlly unless the mystic doesn't have the available isp.
