An average house in town is about 30' - 50' square and made of strong local wood. They also come with jacks just out back. Available homes are to keep your gear and of course to sleep in. If you plan on staying in town you may wish to purchase a home so you don't have to pay Inn fees EVERY night. A prebuilt home will cost 500 gold upfront and a 10 gold a month tax after that. Once you have the money just PM me with what home on the map you would like. Any # on the town map key that isn't titled is available as a home.
