I am in the process of learning how to play the new Marvel Universe Roleplaying Game. I started out as a player, but was asked to GM a "Survival Horror" game. The players play normal horror movie victims and I as their GM try to kill their characters. Check it out if you like.

Interesting but strange. normal people trying not to get killed by what exactly?

confused..., you're Marvel (superheroes?) and you have to suvive being killed? Granted sounds like most games but what's the hook? Do you gain levels, skills or have any special talents?

It doesn't lok like you are heros in this one. Most of the site is dedicated to heros but this 'MADHOUSE' is just a different twist. It looks like you get a character with nothing better than ordinary skills and stats. Nothing super allowed. Then the GM sends psychos, murderers or even Jason and Freddy types after you to see how long you can live.

Did I get the jist of it?

I am the GM and I am sending Marvel psychos after the players, but yeah you got the gist.

By me. I am being a psycho. Sure I have Marvel personalties to do my dirty work, but I am really trying to kill these guys.

Those that survive will get good rewards, but I plan to kill them all. They do have one special talent, it is called: FLEE!

Hmm. Sooo you are the GM and you WANT to kill them. I don't see how they can win. So what Marvel psycho are you using to hunt them down?
