The woman curtsies. "I'm doin' well enough. No fights have broke out yet so it's a good day. You don't look familiar. Are you here for the gold rush?"

Oh heavens no. I am here to take in the wonders of this quaint town. Although, the prospects of finding riches in the mines is quite exciting. Have you had the time to stake a claim? Orophin asks with a smile. Though, the current gold rush here sounds interesting, Orophin really isn't in it for the gold, but for the power. Magical power, that is.

"Me? No. I'm much to busy here to trouble myself with finding gold. Enough of it finds it's way into my coin purse from our patrons to suit my needs I must say. I'm afraid there are not many wonders to behold in Garrotten. Just dwarfs, river folk, the mines and some adventure types in the hiring hall. Oh and lots of brawls. There are a couple alchemists if you like magic I suppose and a fortune teller if you believe in that superstitious nonsense."

Orophin smiles. Prey tell, you don't believe in the possibility of divination? Just to think, I would meet such an enlightened young woman outside such a place, Orophin lightly laughs at her own bemusement, I too, tend to believe the cosmos is random. Destiny, is but a whimsical philosophy that has no bearing on reality. Therefore, how could one divine future events? But, enough with all of that, may I place my order?
