"Sure thing Stone. I was driving Wagons to market as a young child with my Uncle." Tull stated with confidence.

Stone took one more glance at the mercenaries. The ebony skinned driver and his elven longbowman looked like a rather good team. The diminutive female in the back was a mystery, but maybe her sling stones can be manipulated for more power. The dwarf behind looked merciless. Stone is glad to be with him and not against him." Well then, that makes it," Stone decided," Tull you take the reigns. I will sit next to you and Briggs, why don't Sull and you guard the cargo."

"No problem Brother Stone." Briggs comments as he grabs hold of the side of the wagon and lifts himself in. Once in he reaches over to help his diminutive partner only to find Sull had scrambled up and over before him. Briggs found a comfortable nook atop a smallish crate that had a taller one next to it. It made a make shift chair. Sull disappeared from sight as he burrowed deep within the roped down cargo.
It wasn't long before the caravan was under way. The horsemen rode up and down the line checking ropes, cargo and passengers making sure all was secure. Everyone was alert and on the look out for trouble as soon as they left Garrotten. They were headed out the West road and almost immediately took the south fork toward Ft Alandia and eventually the border town of Sino.
"Have you ever traveled into Timiro Stone? Tull asked making conversation.

Stone turned to Tull after looking for Sull," No," Stone admitted,"Have you?"

"Yes I have. I traveled often as a child with my Uncle Jhessil and then even more when I was apprenticed to him. I just didn't see myself as a merchant. the only part of it all that did appeal to me was the traveling. I'm an adventurer born. I can tell you what lay instore for us, if you would like to pass the time."

"I would like nothing more." Aiko smiled and looked around as the caravan moved out and back to Tull to give him his undivided attention.

"Well for one thing its going to be a long journey. We're headed to Credia, the Capital city of the Kingdom. Its down on the southern coast, almost at the opposite end of the Kingdom from where we are now. There are numerous ways to get there but in the beginning it will be pretty straight forward. We'll head south along this road. We'll first come to Fort Alandia. Its a small fort with an even smaller village built up around it. After that we continue south to Sino. Nothing but a small town and farm land for miles but its also a key trading spot so at least we will see some shops. From there its a couple hours to Fort Saka. Keep a close eye on your purse there. It was guarded by mercs the last time I was there and the whole place seemed pretty seedy. Dirty, dirty little fort. I hope we just pass through. From there we have two choices. We can continue south to Media or we head South West to Fort Ibi. I hope we go South because that means we'll be traveling through some of the greatest cities in all the realm. Its also safer in my opinion. If however we go via Fort Ibi we'll probably be going from Fort to Fort missing the cities all together. That way is a lot more dangerous where bandits are concerned but this is a military caravan so I don't know the orders. Either way we will no doubt see the city of Tomoro and of course Credia. Both are huge with tens of thousands of people. Have you ever been to the Ocean Stone?"

"Well, I have no doubts about our abilities of course. I can handle this wagon if it were on fire. Your the only caster in the caravan so that gives us an edge and Briggs is good in a fight most of the time." Tull announced.
"Hey!" Briggs shouted in a hurt tone. "If its humanoid you can count on me. I just ain't used to all those supernatural beasties is all."
Tull smiled and winked at Stone. "As I was saying. I think we're well protected. The soldiers look capable enough, we don't appear undermanned for a caravan this size and even the other mercs look pretty mean. We even have Mason scouting the way for us. We should be fine. It's not like we're headed into the Old Kingdom or anything. Just a safe trip into Timiro's heart land. I'm not saying its going to be easy. Long hours on the road, unfamiliar territory and of course there is the fact that the last to convoys were attacked." The tallfellow looked over his shoulder for a second or two. "Hey Briggs, you get any gossip about this trip when you were signing us up for it?"
"Aahh, well there was a story told about the last two convoys." Briggs turned from his friends as if trying to avoid something unpleasant.
